Rafique Khan Pitafi is the Chairman of Suncrop Group, a leading Pakistan agricultural group with a focus to provide agriculture inputs to farmers. With over three decades of business experience in the core fertilizer industry and agrochemicals, Rafique has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Suncrop Group. Rafiq’s proficient leadership in diverse sectors – manufacturing, automobile, retail sales, agrochemical, fertilizers and philanthropy – spanning over almost three decades – has earned massive respect and awards for the group. He has led the group to become a leader in the production of high-quality fertilizers, while also prioritizing environmental sustainability and the well-being of local communities.
Dr. Muhammad Shafique Khan Pitafi

Dr. Muhammad Shafique Pitafi is a visionary entrepreneur and business leader with over three decades of experience in Pakistan’s agrochemical and agricultural sector. An MBBS graduate of Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur, he joined his family’s agrochemicals business in 1994 and has since played a key role in transforming Suncrop Group into a diversified business enterprise.
Under his leadership, Suncrop Group has expanded across agricultural inputs, seeds, fertilizers, livestock feeds, edible oils, packaging, and cleaning solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainable agriculture, and improving farmers’ productivity and per-acre yields.
With extensive international exposure in management, leadership, and agricultural development, Dr. Pitafi is committed to promoting entrepreneurship, strengthening the business community, and contributing to the economic development of Multan, South Punjab, and Pakistan.
He currently serves as President of the Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the 2026–28 term, where he is focused on advancing business facilitation, industry–government collaboration, investment, and sustainable economic growth.
Muhammad Hanif Khan Pitafi

Muhammad Hanif Khan Pitafi is a postgraduate in business and management with over 20 years’ experience in the business and corporate. Mr. Hanif core expertise in management and finance, earned a valuable position in the agricultural industry. As the Director of Suncrop Group, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and success, overseeing financial operations and ensuring the company’s financial stability. Hanif’s dedication to excellence and his commitment to ethical business practices have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers. With a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the industry, Hanif is poised to lead Suncrop Group to even greater heights in the years to come.
Mr. Hanif attained different roles in the Government sector as well through politics also served Member Provincial Assembly Punjab, and Health minister portfolio. He take multiple initiatives during his health minister tenure for the betterment of health facilities, new hospitals and medical institutes as well.

Latif Khan Pitafi is a highly skilled business graduate with over 15 years of experience in managing business operations. He has a strong background in establishing FMCG business and has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Suncrop Group FMCG business companies. Latif is known for his innovative thinking, strategic planning, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners. He has a deep understanding of the market and is always looking for new opportunities to drive growth and profitability. In an over 15 year career, he led the areas of financial management, strategic business planning, risk management and corporate compliance.
